Supriya Ganesh Reveals If She'll Still Watch 'The Pitt' Following Shocking Season 2 Exit | Just Jared

Supriya Ganesh is revealing if she’ll still be tuning in to watch The Pitt following her exit.
Earlier this year, fans of the Emmy-winning HBO medical drama were shocked to learn that the 28-year-old actress, who played fan-favorite resident Dr. Samira Mohan, would be leaving after season 2.
In a new interview with E! News, Supriya was asked if she plans on watching the upcoming third season of The Pitt, even though she’s no longer on the show.
“I mean, fan for life,” Supriya said. “They also gave me such a start to my career. I will watch it to the extent that I watched season one and season two.”

“I might watch it more,” she added. “I get self-conscious about my work so now I don’t have the barrier of watching myself.”
Supriya then went on to share what she learned from working with Noah Wyle on the show.
“He was really great about talking about his experience and what it was like being on ER,” she added, “and I feel like I learned a lot about that through him.”
In another recent interview, Supriya explained why Dr. Mohan was written off the show.
Season 3 of The Pitt is scheduled to premiere on HBO Max in January 2027. Watch the teaser trailer here!
