Suri Cruise Appears to Legally Sever Ties With Estranged Father Tom Cruise, Drops His Last Name | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Suri Cruise, the daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has legally changed her last name and seemingly officially cut ties from her father.

Suri, who is now 20 years old, reportedly dropped “Cruise” and instead changed her last name to Noelle, according to voter registration records obtained by People. Page Six was the first to confirm the news.

According to the outlets, public records now show that Suri registered to vote in Pennsylvania in October 2024 during her freshman year at Carnegie Mellon University. When she registered in Allegheny County, she used “Suri Noelle,” which appears to be her legal name now. Noelle is her middle name.

The court system confirmed with Page Six that any residents who want to register to vote must do so with their legal name.

Suri also did not file the name change in the Pennsylvania county, suggesting she changed it before moving there. She previously lived with Katie in New York before college.

It was previously reported that Suri had changed her name back in June 2024 when she graduated from LaGuardia High School in NYC and her graduation pamphlet listed “Suri Noelle” instead of Suri Cruise.

Suri and the Mission Impossible actor have reportedly been estranged since he and Katie divorced in 2012.
