Brandon Sklenar debuted a major new look at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards!
The 36-year-old actor stepped out on the 2026 MTV VMAs red carpet on Sunday night (September 27) in Los Angeles with a much lighter, cropped blond hairstyle.
Brandon, who is best known for projects including 1923 and The Housemaid, paired the new hair with a black leather jacket, white tank, black trousers, oversized sunglasses and snakeskin shoes.
The transformation marks a noticeable change from the darker hair fans are used to seeing on him.

He hit the carpet ahead of serving as one of the presenters during tonight’s ceremony.
CBS and MTV previously announced Brandon as part of the presenter lineup alongside stars including Charli xcx, Teyana Taylor, Troye Sivan, Tyla, David Corenswet and more.
Brandon Sklenar Reunites With The Rescue Co-Star Hassie Harrison
Brandon was also joined on the carpet by his The Rescue co-star Hassie Harrison.
The two star together in the upcoming action thriller, playing former partners who are forced to work together after their daughter is kidnapped.
Paramount released the first trailer for The Rescue just days ago. The movie follows a former rodeo cowboy, played by Brandon, who sets out to rescue his kidnapped daughter with her dog by his side.
The film also stars Josh Lucas, Lorelei Olivia Mote, Nick Searcy, Austin Amelio, Spencer Treat Clark, Tim Blake Nelson and Josh Duhamel, and is scheduled to hit theaters on January 29, 2027.
