The Lindsay Clancy trial jury is deadlocked.

The jurors apparently told the judge today (September 1) that they could not reach a unanimous decision. They are trying to decide if she will be held criminally responsible for the killing of her three children – Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan – at home back in 2023.

The jury has been in deliberations for 17 hours.

The judge in the Lindsay Clancy case sent the jury back to deliberate further

Despite the jurors saying they could not reach a decision, the judge told them to go back and keep deliberating.

Judge William Sullivan told them, via the AP, “I know that this was a long trial, all right. I know there were over 80 witnesses. There were over 300 exhibits. But because of that, I’m going to ask you to go back out.”
