More details have been made public about Presley Gerber‘s death.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner released a statement, and TMZ shared details about the 9-1-1 call.

If you don’t know, Presley passed away on Sunday (September 20) at the age of 27, and reports suggest it was a suspected overdose. He was apparently staying at a rehab facility at the time of his passing.

Details of the Presley Gerber 9-1-1 phone call, revealed

The 9-1-1 call apparently came in as a “suspected overdose” for the rehab, reportedly located in Santa Monica, Calif.

The call was made at 9:35 am on Sunday (September 20), TMZ reports. They did provide “life saving measures” upon arrival, however, he was pronounced dead at 9:45 am that day.

The Medical Examiner released a statement on Presley Gerber’s passing

The ME’s office shared that the investigation is still underway.

“The investigation is still ongoing and there is limited information available. Death was pronounced at 09:45 hours on September 20, 2026, by responding paramedics. The Santa Monica Police Department is the investigating law enforcement agency,” the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner told People. They added there will be an exam conducted today.

If you did not see, Presley revealed the prescription drugs he’d been taking less than a year before his passing.

Presley Gerber was the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, as well as the brother of actress Kaia Gerber. Our deepest condolences go out to the family, as well as his loved ones and friends. RIP.
