Russell Brand is sharing more of his thoughts on his ex-wife Katy Perry‘s relationship with former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau.

The 50-year-old Forgetting Sarah Marshall star appeared on the Megyn Kelly Show this week and was asked how he feels about Katy‘s dating life.

“I’ve put up with a lot with that ex-wife of mine, but you took it too far, KP,” Russell said.

“Legolas! I love that guy!” he added, referring to Katy‘s previous partner Orlando Bloom, who played Legolas in The Lord of the Ring films. He then mimed shooting a bow and arrow like the character, per Entertainment Weekly.

Russell called Justin “Fidel Castro’s spawn,” and criticized him for “having a go at them truckers,” referring to when he invoked the Emergencies Act in 2022 to end “Freedom Convoy” protests, which is when truck drivers were blocking border crossings in Canada to oppose COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

The Under the Skin podcast host also called Justin “ultra woke” and said, “I specifically don’t like what is typified by those good-looking politicians — Obama, Macron, Blair — they’re sort of good-looking and they’re charming. But you think… who do you work for, really? Who’s running this? Because it can’t be you.”

Regarding what their future relationship may hold, Russell said, “Keep checking. She could come to her senses any minute.”

Back in December, he shared similarly negative opinions on the couple.
