Curry Barker‘s next movie has officially been confirmed.
The Obsession director’s upcoming movie Anything But Ghosts will be released in theaters on May 7, 2027 by Focus Features and Blumhouse-Atomic Monster.
This is Curry‘s follow-up to the smash hit movie Obsession, which has grossed $519 million worldwide on a budget of less than $1 million. The film is getting Oscar buzz for Curry‘s writing and Inde Navarrette‘s lead performance.

Curry Barker is teaming up with an Obsession star
Curry wrote the movie with his longtime creative collaborator Cooper Tomlinson, who starred in Obsession as Ian.
Curry and Cooper previously launched the “That’s a Bad Idea” channel on YouTube after meeting at film school. They both attended the New York Film Academy campus in Los Angeles and met in their first week as students.
Cast revealed for Anything But Ghosts
Cooper and Curry are going to lead the cast of the upcoming movie, joined by Violet McGraw, Chris Reinacher, Bryce Dallas Howard and Aaron Paul.
