Hayden Panettiere‘s ex, Wladimir Klitschko, is making a claim about some of her valuables.

The Ukrainian former professional boxer, and ex-fiancé of the late Heroes actress, believes that someone pawned some of her belongings, which he believes included jewelry.

What Is Wladimir Klitschko Claiming About Hayden Panettiere’s Jewelry?

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Wladimir asserts his belief that “a non-family member” who had been connected previously to Hayden pawned off some of her belongings, which he believes included jewelry.

He’s also said that the pawn shop in question allegedly would not provide information without police involved, and expressed concern that those items would be sold off without the intervention of law enforcement.

Is Wladimir Klitschko the Legal Guardian of Their Daughter, Kaya?

While he has sole custody, Wladimir still needs to be named guardian to assist in her inheritance, per TMZ‘s report.

The pawn shop claims were included in paperwork connected to his request for guardianship. In the filing, he said recovering Hayden‘s property has a direct impact on Kaya‘s inheritance.

He is also asking that his appointment as guardian include the power to request and authorize a law-enforcement investigation into recovering Hayden‘s property, which he believes may have been misappropriated.

He previously claimed in an earlier petition for guardianship that her jewelry went missing, some of her property was with police and/or seized by federal agents, and that her emails were accessed and destroyed.

Wladimir also said that Hayden had hired a security company before her passing amid a “documented concern” regarding someone who allegedly gained unauthorized access to her house. The court hasn’t made a decision yet.

Wladimir Klitschko and Hayden Panettiere Were Previously Engaged

Wladimir and Hayden met in 2009, and were together for two years before their split. The couple reunited in 2013, and got engaged. The next year, it was announced that Hayden was pregnant with their daughter.

In December 2014, Hayden gave birth to their daughter, Kaya.

Hayden and Wladimir broke up in 2018 after nine years together, and they continued to co-parent Kaya. However, amid Hayden‘s struggles, it was revealed the following year that Kaya was living in Ukraine with her father.

Shortly after her death, Wladimir released a statement reacting to news of Hayden‘s passing, and revealed the promise he made to Kaya.
