Fate of HBO Max, Paramount+ Revealed Amid Paramount & Warner Bros. Merger to Skydance

Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery have officially merged into the company Skydance.
Many are wondering what might happen to the two separate streaming services associated with those companies, Paramount+ and HBO Max.
Some popular Paramount+ shows include Landman, Tulsa King, Yellowstone, Lioness, Mayor of Kingstown, and MobLand, while some of the biggest HBO Max shows include The Pitt, House of the Dragon, Hacks, Industry, and more.
The streamers both also have completely different libraries of films, with Warner Bros. owning Harry Potter and the DC movies, for example, and Paramount+ housing many Tom Cruise films like the Mission: Impossible franchise, Transformers films, the Star Trek universe and more.
Paramount+ and HBO Max Will Merge Into 1 Streaming Service
It looks like it has been confirmed that Paramount+ and HBO Max will be merging into one mega streaming service.
Skydance confirmed, via CNN, that we can “expect greater innovation from a company built with technology at its core, including significant improvements to its direct-to-consumer streaming products, which will unify into a single service over time.”
