Wicked’s Ethan Slater Celebrates His Opening Night in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ with Betsy Wolfe

Ethan Slater is celebrating the latest milestone in his career: playing Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors!

The 34-year-old Wicked actor walked the red carpet for his celebratory opening night performance in the Off-Broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors on Thursday (July 30) at the Westside Theatre in New York City.

Ethan was joined by his co-star Betsy Wolfe, who is starring as Audrey. They posed on the carpet with Claybourne Elder, who is currently playing Dr. Orin Scrivello DDS in the show.

Before starring as Boq in the Wicked movies, Ethan was a Tony-nominated Broadway actor. He previously starred in the musical SpongeBob SquarePants on Broadway and just recently appeared in the play Marcel on the Train, which he co-wrote.

Betsy just finished a run in the hit musical Death Becomes Her and she received a Tony nomination for her work in the musical & Juliet. She has also appeared in the Broadway shows Waitress, Falsettos, Bullets Over Broadway, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood.
