Tatyana first met her husband, Dr Vaughn Rasberry, on the dating site eHarmony in 2014!
“Vaughn and I met on eHarmony!” she shared with Entertainment Tonight in March 2016. “It was my first time dating online. We wrote letters for months before we decided to Skype. And then, of course, met.”
In 2017, she told Steve Harvey on his talk show that they met just in time as her subscription was about to end.
Less than two years later, the couple tied the knot in July 2016 in Beverly Hills, Calif., in front of 100 of their closest friends and family.
In September 2016, they welcomed their first child, a son named Edward Aszard, and in August 2019, they welcomed their second child, another son, named Alejandro Vaughn.
Who is Vaughn Rasberry?
Vaughn is currently the Associate Vice Provost for Graduate Education at Stanford University. He is also an Associate Professor of English and an Associate Professor of African and African American Studies at Stanford, according to the university’s website.
Vaughn holds a PH.D. in English language and literature, which he earned at the University of Chicago in 2009. Before that, he earned his B.A. in English language and literature at Howard University in 2011 and his M.A. in Humanities the following year at the University of Chicago.
In 2016, he published his first book, “Race and the Totalitarian Century: Geopolitics in the Black Literary Imagination.”
