Perez Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, recently moved back to the Miami, Florida area with his three children and his mom Teresita Lavandeira.

In an Instagram video posted on June 17, 2026, he told fans that he was leaving Las Vegas and headed to Florida.

“God told me to move to Miami,” he said in the video.

Perez Hilton previously welcomed three children through surrogacy. Their names are Mario Armando Lavandeira III, 13, Mia Alma, 11, and Mayte Amor, 8.

He has walked the red carpet with his kids in the past, and has spoken about them in the press.

“When news first broke that I had a son, I was a trending topic on Twitter for over a day. Some of the reaction was negative, but it didn’t bother me. Most, however, was positive. Children bring people together. There is a bond parents have with other parents,” he previously told the Huffington Post in 2014.

“All kids are mine genetically. Each was born thanks to the generosity of a different surrogate, using eggs from the same anonymous donor. I used an agency to guide me through the whole process, which can be quite complicated (and expensive). There are no national standardized laws for surrogacy. In fact, many states prohibit it!” he once revealed of the process to become a father, via a Huffington Post op-ed in 2017.

He added, “One of the main reasons I chose my egg donor is because she seemed nice. I’m sure money was a motive for her, but I could tell she was a good and decent person ? something that everyone from the surrogacy agency to the fertility clinic echoed. That was important to me. That was much more important than looks, which I’d be lying if I said it didn’t play a factor too. However, I chose my egg donor from my agency’s general pool. There’s a “VIP list,” which is littered with a bunch of former beauty queens.”
