Matt Damon Gets Into a Giant Trojan Horse for 'Kimmel' Skit to Promote 'The Odyssey' - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Matt Damon‘s “feud” with Jimmy Kimmel is one of the longest-running jokes, dating all the way back to 2005. And it looks like there’s going to be a new update tonight!

The 55-year-old actor was just spotted getting into a giant trojan horse outside of the Jimmy Kimmel Live studio on Thursday (June 18) in Hollywood.

Matt is promoting his new movie The Odyssey and it looks like he’s planning on using the trojan horse to gain access to the studio.

The “feud” between the longtime friends began in 2005 when Kimmel jokingly apologized to Damon for running out of time at the end of an episode, which became a recurring bit. Over the past 20 years, they’ve continued to prank each other as part of the running bit.

While Matt is not a scheduled guest for the June 18 episode, it looks like there might be a skit airing on the show. Or it might be kept for a future episode!

The Odyssey chronicles “the ten-year journey of Odysseus, king of Ithaca, back to his home after the fall of Troy,” according to GoodReads. Homer wrote it around the 8th or 7th century BC.

The film has a massive, star-studded cast including Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya and Charlize Theron. Check out the cast list!
