LL Cool J and Scott Caan are getting to work on their new NCIS spinoff TV show at CBS!

The pair were seen on the set of NCIS: New York over the weekend in New York City.

LL Cool J will return as fan favorite Sam Hanna, and will star alongside Scott in the new series. According to CBS, the show follows his return to New York City.

Here’s the synopsis of the new TV show: “Legendary NCIS Agent Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) returns to his hometown of New York City to their field office, partnering with a roguish agent (Scott Caan) and helping lead a new team as they are tasked with high-stakes missions to defend one of the most vital cities and ports in the world.”

The show will air in the fall on CBS! Specifically, it has the Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET timeslot, joining a full night of NCIS programming. The lineup includes NCIS at 8 p.m. ET, followed by New York, followed by NCIS: Origins at 10 p.m. ET.
