Jonas Brothers’ Melbourne Halftime Show Set List: New Song ‘Listen When Sad’ Makes Live TV Debut, Plus John Farnham Cover (Videos)

The Jonas Brothers hit the stage for the halftime show during the NFL game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday (September 11) in Melbourne, Australia.

Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas performed during the history-making NFL game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams, which is airing live on Netflix.

During their six-minute set, the brothers sang a few of their hits, as well as the first live TV performance of their new single, “Listen When Sad,” and a cover of Australian singer John Farnham‘s “You’re the Voice.”

Joe Jonas missed his flight to Australia before the big game

While making his way Down Under, Joe actually missed one of his flights.

The day before the game, Nick and Kevin appeared during a fan event, and Joe sent in a video explaining his absence.

“I was delayed in London. Every single flight, there was some sort of radar issue so every single flight was delayed or canceled,” he shared. “I was supposed to get on a plane that would land in time for my connection, from Dubai to Melbourne, but I landed at 10 am and the flight took off at 10 am.”

“So, I am staying here until 2:45 am,” he added. “I’m also gonna miss you guys, so good luck today.”

After the video message, his brothers assured that Joe would make it in time to perform during the halftime show the next day!

If you didn’t know, the Melbourne game marked the NFL’s first-ever regular-season game played in Australia.
