Jesse Williams is a dad to a newborn baby!

The 45-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star and his wife, Alejandra Onieva, 34, reportedly gave birth to their first child together. People is reporting the baby news.

Fans thought Jesse and Alejandra might’ve welcomed their baby after his Monday (September 28) Instagram post strongly hinted at the news.

Jesse was seen opening a fridge to grab a baby bottle. He then quoted Spike Lee’s 1989 film Do the Right Thing, and said, “English! English, alright I want my son to speak English. Bad enough his name is Hector.”

How did Jesse and Alejandra meet?

Jesse and Alejandra met while working together on the Prime Video series Hotel Costiera and their romance was revealed just a few weeks before the show premiered back in September 2025. Ahead of the show’s premiere last September, Jesse and Alejandra were spotted holding hands and kissing while walking the streets of Milan, Italy. A couple weeks later, the two actors were in Rome for the premiere of the show, which is now streaming for Prime Video subscribers.

It is said they secretly wed as well.

How many kids does Jesse have from his previous relationship?

Jesse shares two children with his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, whom he split from in 2017. They had a messy divorce battle that lasted several years. Alejandra was previously linked to a very popular Marvel actor from 2020 to 2021.
