Jelly Roll Taking Time Off to 'Heal' Following Split from Bunnie Xo | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Jelly Roll is taking a break from the spotlight.
During his recent concert in Salt Lake City, the 41-year-old “Wild Ones” singer, whose real name is Jason DeFord, announced that he is taking a hiatus from performing for at least a year.

“This has truly been a lifetime experience for me,” Jelly Roll told the audience, per Country Now. “And in a couple of nights, I go to Colorado Springs and do my last show for a year or two.”
“I’m fixing to take some time off and heal,” he continued. “Thank you for the opportunity.”
Jelly Roll’s last scheduled performance was on July 30 at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The Grammy-winning singer’s announcement comes just weeks after he and ex-wife Bunnie Xo finalized their divorce earlier this month and the settlement details have been revealed. The “Hands Up” singer officially filed back in May 2026 after 10 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.
If you didn’t see, Jelly Roll‘s daughter recently took to social media where she claimed there’s a reason behind the split that would make the internet “crumble.”
