Jax Taylor Files for Restraining Order Against Ex Brittany Cartwright, Claims She’s Costing Him Work | Just Jared

Jax Taylor is asking the courts for his own restraining order against ex Brittany Cartwright.
The 47-year-old former Vanderpump Rules and The Valley star filed for a restraining order, asking her to stay 100 yards away from him, to not contact him, and to stop interfering with business deals, according to TMZ.
His filing comes less than a week after Brittany was granted a temporary order against him, ordering Jax to stay 100 yards away from her.

Jax claims Brittany is spreading lies and contacting potential employers, costing him work
In his protection petition, Jax claim that his estranged wife has spread malicious lies about him on the internet and social media, and has been contacting potential employers, threatening them with a public warning or “worse if they hire me or associate with me in any way.”
The reality star says Brittany‘s actions have cost him a role on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, which she appeared on last fall, which would have paid him $175k and would have been his “comeback” role.
Jax claims Brittany has gone after six of his employers or partners in the past month alone, forcing companies to “distance themselves from me out of fear that she will create a public backlash against them.”

Jax says Brittany has been “grossly negligent” with their autistic son, Cruz
Jax claims Brittany refuses to work with him on their five-year-old autistic son Cruz‘s medical needs.
He says he’s been doing his best to step up as a father, has been sober for nearly two years, and has been submitting to random drug testing voluntarily at Brittany‘s discretion.
Jax claims that after starting their relationship, he learned that she is “massively unstable and an alcoholic” and has called him an “asshole,” “loser,” and “dirty dick.”
After learning he was in a relationship with their publicist Lori Krebs, Jax says Brittany launched a “full-on attack” against him.
In his filing, Jax says he earns $5k a month for his Bravo deal, which ends in November, and he’s asking the court for help as his savings are “rapidly diminishing,” and he just wants to work to earn a living so he can move on.
