If you don’t know, Hayden tragically passed away at the age of 36 on Sunday (August 16) at a residence in South Carolina.

“The cause of death has been ruled as toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol and Quetiapine,” the coroner’s official statement said (via Variety).

“The manner of death has been ruled accident,” they added.

If you don’t know, fentanyl is an opioid, 4-ANPP is used in the production of fentanyl, Alprazolam is a prescription benzodiazepine, Methocarbamol is a prescription muscle relaxant, and Quetiapine is a prescription antipsychotic medication.
