Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez's Text Messages About Their Son Shared in Court Filing for Temporary Restraining Order | Just Jared

Oliver Martinez has obtained a temporary restraining order against his ex Halle Berry amid allegations that she abused their 12-year-old son Maceo and now their text messages over the incident have been shared publicly.
In his court filing, Olivier included screencaps of his and Halle‘s text messages as exhibits.
The judge ordered temporarily modified visitation, writing that partial custody is to be “continued to maintain communication between [Berry] and [Maceo],” while denying a request that Halle’s sobriety be monitored, citing “insufficient information.”
The order also modified Halle‘s visitation with Maceo, limiting her time with him to Mondays and Tuesdays between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The temporary restraining order will be in effect until a hearing later this month, at which a judge will determine whether or not the order should be made permanent.
In the first texts that Olivier shared, he notified Halle that their son Maceo wanted to be picked up.
“No I’m not ok with it. He wants to fight his mother?? What kind of kid are we raising,” Halle replied. “As a father ask him what kind of kind is he. I’m his mother?”
Olivier replied with many typos. It appears he tried to say, “Well I don’t know what is happening there. What I know is you fight too much with him and since awhile now. So u keep him at ur place? even if he doesn’t want to stay?”
Halle responded, “This is wrong Oliver. I’m his mother and this is wrong! He had no respect for his mother and this should not be ok for you as his father!!!”
“I am a mother who is here logged who works to pay you and this is not ok. And you know it. He is disrespectful to me and feels I have no say on anything thing. I’m just money bags! This is wrong and wrong!” she wrote.
Halle later added another message in which she said she reached out to their son Maceo.
“Oliver, I’ve reached out to Maceo and asked to speak with him. I know you very much think he makes his own decisions but I would really appreciate it if you would encourage him to speak with me today,” she began.
“I feel terrible about what happened last night as I know he does as well. Thanks,” she added.
Halle‘s lawyer has released a statement in response to Olivier‘s child abuse accusations.
