Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s son KJ has entered a not-guilty plea in his sexual assault case.

The 15-year-old pleaded not guilty to all seven felony counts in a filing submitted Monday (October 5) in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court, according to Page Six.

His attorney is also seeking a hearing about moving the case to juvenile court. The outlet reports that his attorney, Jason Sheffield, filed the plea on KJ‘s behalf and waived his formal arraignment, which had been scheduled for October 14.

The attorney requested that the court consider the juvenile-court transfer before setting pretrial and trial dates.

KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr., was arrested in August following allegations involving a female classmate and an April incident at a fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The indictment includes charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment, along with three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16.

NeNe Leakes is providing an update on how Kim is doing amid her son’s arrest.

His attorney has previously denied the allegations and maintained his client’s innocence. The charges remain allegations, and the not-guilty plea is not a ruling on the case.

It was previously reported that KJ was released on a $200,000 bond in September. His release conditions included GPS monitoring and virtual schooling.
