Avengers: Doomsday is expected to hit theaters on December 18, 2026, and the film’s directors just made a big confirmation.

Despite already announcing 30 Marvel stars returning for the major film, there are still questions about if anyone else will appear.

For example, MCU stars like Mark Ruffalo (the Hulk), Tom Holland (Spider-Man), and Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), were not part of the original announcement.

When asked about if The Hulk will be around, director Joe Russo told Empire Online, “[Bruce Banner] is certainly involved in the story that revolves around Doom. We will not confirm nor deny his appearance in Doomsday.”

Co-director Anthony Russo said, “The farthest we can go is to say, there are characters and actors who have not been announced, who are a part of Doomsday.”
