Sandra Bullock Reveals the Dating Advice She Got From Daughter Laila | Just Jared

Sandra Bullock‘s daughter gave her some surprising advice about dating.

The Oscar winner’s 13-year-old daughter Laila told her mom to get back into the dating world, Sandra confirmed on a new episode of Kylie Kelce‘s Not Gonna Lie podcast.

“She said I needed to date, but only, someone where they can get stuff,” the Practical Magic 2 star explained. “So I said, ‘A rapper, a basketball player? That’s the parameters? Like, what is it?’ She’s like, ‘Yeah.’ ”

Sandra welcomed Laila through adoption in 2015 and on the same podcast episode she talked about how outspoken she is, along with calling her “one of the bravest people” she’s ever met.

She continued, “she really has no fear athletically, in her voice, in her telling somebody what she thinks.”

Sandra is happy to adjust her work schedule to suit her children’s lives

She also has a son named Louis, 16, who she adopted when he was just 10 days old. For Sandra, picking projects that can work with her children’s schedules is essential.

“My kids are my everything. So if it doesn’t work for them and my time with them, then I’m not doing it,” she shared. “And I’m lucky. I’m lucky that I’m one of the moms that gets to be with her kids all the time. I have no desire to leave my kids.”

Sandra has been promoting the Practical Magic sequel alongside co-stars Nicole Kidman, Joey King, Maisie Williams, and more, with the movie set to hit theaters on September 11.
