Tove Lo is back with a new track from her upcoming record.

The 38-year-old “Habits (Stay High)” superstar dropped a new song on Wednesday (July 29) called “DNH,” released ahead of her forthcoming album ESTRUS, due out on September 18.

What is “DNH” about?

Per an official release…

“Equal parts biting, cathartic, and irresistibly danceable, ‘DNH’ turns the all-too-familiar experience of babysitting your drunkest friend into a brutally honest pop anthem. With her signature mix of razor-sharp lyricism, emotional candor, and euphoric production, Tove Lo once again proves that no messy human experience is off limits.”

The latest song follows the release of “des fleurs” with Stromae and “I’m your girl, right?” from her upcoming sixth studio album.

What has Tove said about her upcoming album?

ESTRUS is an animal in heat. It’s primal. It’s my mind and my body wanting different things, wanting everything. There’s no good advice on this album… just a lot of feelings, no solutions.

Will there be a tour?

Tove will celebrate the release of ESTRUS with six special North American release shows, kicking off September 15 in Nashville, including a performance at Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn the day after the album’s release.
