Zoey Deutch Gets Support from Her Fiance & Parents at ‘Gail Daughtry’ Movie Premiere!

Zoey Deutch is enjoying a night out with her family for the premiere of her new movie!

The 31-year-old actress was joined by her fiance Jimmy Tatro and her parents, actress Lea Thompson and director Howard Deutch, at the premiere of Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass on Tuesday (June 23) at AMC The Grove in Los Angeles.

Zoey plays the title character in the new movie, which is hitting theaters on July 10.

What is Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass about?

The comedy movie is directed by David Wain.

Small town hairdresser Gail Daughtry is engaged to her devoted high school sweetheart, Tom.  Her life takes a turn when a trip to a book signing leads to Tom meeting – and sleeping – with his “celebrity pass.” Reeling from the betrayal, Gail impulsively joins her friend Otto on a trip to Los Angeles, where a psychic convinces Gail that the only way to save her marriage is to “even the scales” with her own celebrity pass: Jon Hamm. Thus begins an epic journey through Tinseltown as Gail and Otto join forces with a talent agency assistant, a paparazzo, and actor John Slattery, all in the search for Hamm. Along the way, they collide with celebrities and are hunted by a group of Italian assassins as they get ever closer to finding the elusive star.

The movie had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival back in January.

Zoey was joined by the cast and crew!

Hamm and Slattery were unable to attend, so there were cardboard cutouts of them instead!

Zoey was joined on the carpet by co-stars Joe Lo Truglio, Ken Marino, Mather Zickel, and Kerri Kenney-Silver, as well as director David Wain.

In addition to Gail Daughtry, Zoey is also a voice actor in the new animated movie Minions & Monsters, in theaters July 1.
