‘War’ Trailer: Sienna Miller & Dominic West Star in New HBO Legal Drama – Watch Now!

The trailer for Sienna Miller and Dominic West‘s new show has been released!

The two Golden Globe-nominated actors star in the new HBO and Sky legal drama series War, which will premiere his fall on HBO Max.

Dominic stars as tech titan Morgan Henderson and Sienna will play his estranged wife, international film star Carla Duval. Also joining the cast are, Phoebe Fox as Serena Byrne and James McArdle as Nicholas Taylor, partners in life and business at Taylor & Byrne; Nina Sosanya as “Her Majesty” Beatrice “Queen Bea” Ubosi, and Pip Torrens as St John Smallwood, their counterparts and fierce rivals at Cathcarts; and Archie Reneaux as ambitious lawyer Jonathan “Johnny” Warren.

Here’s the synopsis:

WAR is a high-stakes, legal drama following the lives of London’s most powerful lawyers as firms Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne clash over a headline-grabbing legal battle, drawing ambitious young lawyer Jonathan “Johnny” Warren (Renaux) into a ruthless world where ambition is currency, betrayal is strategy, and winning is everything. Season one follows the explosive divorce of British tech entrepreneur Morgan Henderson (West) and international film star Carla Duval (Miller), as Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne stop at nothing to secure victory for their clients.

War was first announced in 2025 when HBO teamed up with Sky for a two season commitment. Season two is currently in production. Marisa Tomei, Kelly Macdonald, and David Harewood will star in the next headline-making legal battle, as their lawyers become embroiled in an explosive defamation case.

Season 1 of War premieres on Thursday, October 1 at 9pm ET on HBO.
