Katie Maloney is sharing a closer look at her stylish Los Angeles home.

The 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum says she is paying about $5,200 a month for her LA apartment.

“I’ve lived in L.A. for almost 20 years. I moved here when I was 20,” she told Caleb Simpson, an influencer known for asking strangers about their rent costs and getting tours of their homes.

Caleb requested a tour of her apartment, which is “good sized,” and Katie brought him in to check out the place. She also introduced her boyfriend Nick Martin.

“He also lives here too,” she said, sharing that he’s a musician with the band Sleeping with Sirens and they met through a mutual friend.

Their tour showcased her cute collection of different items, as Katie says she likes collecting “tchotchkes, Barbies,” plus an etch-a-sketch, among other things, including showing off her MTV Movie Award that she won with the Vanderpump Rules cast for “Best Reality On-Screen Team.”

“I have some wands too, I can show you. I got them in Salem. I have a bunch of tarot decks here. I’m, like, a big occult fan,” she shared.

Katie also mentioned her time on Vanderpump Rules, noting that she would “do it all again” because it got her to where she is now.

“I had to go through that to get to this point. It wasn’t easy. Some days I truly hated it, but I got to do it for a long time with my friends, who I loved at the time,” she said.

Last fall, she and Stassi Schroeder were spotted filming something together, likely for the Hulu reality show Stassi Says that is in development.
