Big Tymers Toni Braxton and her mama, Evelyn Braxton, showed some “#1 Stunna” support for Toni’s husband, Birdman, at his recent ATL tour stop.
Birdman had some serious family support in the building when the Cash Money and No Limit Tour rolled through Atlanta on Saturday as Toni Braxton pulled up to support her husband. Not only that, but the Cash Money millionaire’s mother-in-law, Ms. Evelyn, made sure her son-in-law knew she was there too.
According to The JasmineBRAND, Evelyn came through for the Sept. 18 stop at State Farm Arena to show Birdman some love, and posted ahead of the show, letting everybody know exactly why she was stepping out.
“I’m going to see my son-in-law,” Evelyn said, while acknowledging that folks call him Baby and Birdman.
And she certainly dressed for the occasion by wearing some “Bling Bling.” Ms. Evelyn showed up in a rhinestone-covered gray denim set, complete with a seriously iced-out necklace.
Meanwhile, Toni was not letting her man perform without seeing some wifey support from the stage. Footage showed the singer catching a vibe in a green silk top as Birdman appeared nearby in a white hoodie and black pants.
Basically, Mama Evelyn came for her son-in-law, and Toni came to remind everybody that she is very much still Mrs. Bryan “Birdman” Williams.
And social media had plenty to say about the mother-daughter duo showing Birdman some love. Fans praised Evelyn’s flashy look and Toni’s supportive energy, while one commenter jokingly wondered if Birdman himself was responsible for Mama Evelyn’s statement-making chain.
Instagram user @dyou2 wrote, “I’m thinking Baby brought her the chain.”
The family moment is especially notable because Toni and Birdman have had plenty of public curiosity surrounding their relationship over the years. But on this night, the message was pretty simple: that is Toni’s husband and Evelyn’s son-in-law, and the family came outside to support him.
Cash Money brought the nostalgia. Birdman brought the music. Toni brought the wifey support.
And Mama Evelyn brought the bling bling.
