Tiffany Haddish Pleads Guilty to 2022 DUI Arrest in Georgia, Avoids Jail Time | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Tiffany Haddish is back in court nearly five years after her arrest.
Back in January 2022, the 46-year-old comedian was arrested for DUI after she was allegedly found asleep at the wheel in Georgia.
On Tuesday (August 11), Tiffany appeared in court virtually where she entered a guilty plea, avoiding a trial in the case, TMZ reported.
By pleading guilty, Tiffany won’t have to serve any jail time, but she will be on probation for a year, according to Atlanta affiliate Fox 5.

Tiffany‘s license in Georgia has also been suspended and she must stay away from drugs and alcohol. She will be subject to testing and has also been ordered to complete a DUI course.
Earlier this year, Tiffany‘s team tried to get the case tossed out completely, claiming the multiple delays had affected her career and personal life, but the judge denied the petition.
Less than two years after the arrest in Georgia, Tiffany was arrested again and charged with DUI in November 2023, this time in Beverly Hills. She accepted a plea deal months later. You can find out more about the terms of her plea here.
