The 24-year-old stunner flaunted her lethal face card while commanding the carpet in her buzzy VMAs debut, marking her latest standout moment since wrapping up smash hit reality series Love Island USA.
“Honestly, life has been super surreal,” said Harvey about her ascension to stardom in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE. “You get thrown out and you have so many people knowing who you are and so many opportunities, but honestly it’s been such a blessing.”
