Stassi Schroeder Addresses Issues With Scheana Shay on 'Vanderpump Rules' & Whether She'd Appear on New Show 'House of Stassi' | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Stassi Schroeder is opening up about her long-term beef with Scheana Shay on Vanderpump Rules.

The two reality stars got their start on the Bravo show, and while they were friends at one point, their relationship has mostly been against each other.

While promoting her new show, House of Stassi, Stassi recalled why they always had problems with Scheana on VPR.

“Our issue with Scheana on Vanderpump Rules was always that she would meddle off-camera,” Stassi said on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio. “And so we always felt like you’re not, like while you are giving so much of yourself, you’re kind of f–king sh-t up by doing things off camera or texting somebody something instead of actually like having that conversation. But I think she’s a fantastic reality star.”

“I never passed up a Scheana scene,” she added.

Stassi also shared how she felt bad Scheana “catching strays” on Vanderpump Villa and the debut episode of House of Stassi.

“You know what? I feel really bad. I feel l bad about this one. It’s like she caught strays on Vanderpump Villa and then like episode one, I had asked too, I was like, ‘Should we just like edit this out? Like Scheana, I want to give her a break,'” Stassi said. “And they were like, ‘Well, we can’t edit out the part with Katie‘s story because that’s part of our friendship story.’ And then they were like, ‘And it’s too funny that she tried to get on Mormon Wives.’ And so I’m like, ‘Okay, fine. Fair.’ But I feel guilty about it. I do because I appreciate Scheana‘s hustle. I respect it. I respect it.”

Stassi was asked if she would ever be interested in welcoming Scheana on her new show, House of Stassi, she simply said, “No.”

While Scheana won’t make an appearance, another Vanderpump Rules alum, Katie Maloney, is. She was spotted filming with Stassi back in November, and she’s featured in the trailer, which you can watch right here!

House of Stassi premieres with the first two episodes on Freeform on Wednesday (July 29). The full season will then debut on Hulu on Thursday (July 30).
