Solange Knowles is remembering her late co-star Hayden Panettiere.

If you forgot, Solange, 40, and Hayden starred together in the 2006 movie Bring It On: All or Nothing.

Following news that Hayden had passed away at the age of 36, Solange took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday (August 18) to pen a sweet tribute to her late co-star.

“Rest in peace Hayden,” Solange began. “In peace, because you are so deserving of it.”

“We had so many parallels in our lives, and the world watched u so courageously live in your radical truth telling your story,” she continued. “We watched your endless quest for vulnerability and healing.”

“I salute your journey and I honor the work we created that became something that really means something to people,” Solange wrote. “Reaching people we couldn’t have ever imagined at the time, as two young girls, trying to keep looking to the light.”

“The light surrounds you now,” Solange concluded. “Rest easy Hayden.”

Along with her message, Solange also shared several photos of them together in the movie.

If you didn’t see, Hayden‘s ex-fiance Wladimir Klitschko just broke his silence on her sudden death, and revealed the promise he made to their 11-year-old daughter.
