Ryan Seacrest is showing off his incredible physique!
On Saturday (October 3), the 51-year-old Wheel of Fortune and American Idol host took to Instagram to share a photo of himself shirtless while showing off his ripped, six-pack abs.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs @georgiafootball,” Ryan wrote along with a photo of himself without a shirt as went for a bike ride.

He also included a video of himself, sans shirt again, on a nighttime bike ride as he stops to check out the moon.
Ryan‘s comments section was flooded with remarks about his physique.
“Alright Ryan! Showing the world us 40+ guys still got it!” one fan wrote as another added, “I see you’ve put in the work.”
