Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert's Son Tyler, 21, Arrested on Child Sexual Exploitation Charges: Read Her Statement | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert‘s son Tyler Boebert has been arrested and is facing serious charges.

The 21-year-old was arrested on charges of “child sexual exploitation of a child to induce or entice, sexual exploitation of a child, possession with intent, sexual exploitation of a child involving video and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor,” according to People.

Court records indicate the offense allegedly happened on January 1, 2024.

He was released on bond, and is expected back in court on August 19.

This is not the first time he has faced legal issues. He was arrested earlier this year for misdemeanor child abuse without injury. He also faced charges years ago for vehicle break-ins.

Lauren Boebert, 39, released a statement on the serious charges against her son

“I love my son. We take these allegations very seriously and pray for everyone affected during this challenging time,” she told TMZ.

Boebert became a grandmother in her late 30s when Tyler welcomed a child.
