Track five on Ariana Grande‘s new album Petal is “Oh Well,” a song that is about accepting that a bad guy just isn’t right for you and to let him go… to hell.

The 33-year-old singer seems to be singing about letting go of things that no longer serve her. She sings, “The bad guys all go to Hell / Good things can replace dysfunction, obsession / Thanks, but I’ll see you right out / Good luck on your way to Hell / Oh well.”

Ariana is making it clear on this track that she’s not against writing a breakup song about an ex… and the guy who she’s writing about here is going to get multiple.

She sings on the refrain, “It sucks because I love you for real (For real, for real) / And I want to believe the love I never got is real / So I find it in you / But don’t worry ’cause you’ll keep getting breakup songs about you.”

Ariana just dropped 12 songs on her new album Petal, including the title track “Petal” and the lead single “Hate That I Made You Love Me.”
