Maren Morris is one of the many attendees at Taylor Swift‘s wedding and she had a packed day because she performed on The Today Show just hours earlier.
The 36-year-old singer was the musical guest for Today‘s Summer Concert Series on Friday morning (July 3) in New York City.
While being interviewed on stage after her performance, Maren was asked about the reports that she would be a guest at Taylor‘s wedding at Madison Square Garden.
Today‘s Craig Melvin asked her, “It was reported yesterday by Variety that you are going to the wedding. What do you get as a gift for someone like that? Do you get a juicer?”
You could tell that Maren was a bit nervous to answer the question and she perfectly dodged it with her answer.
“I don’t know, what do you get? That would be a hard person to buy for,” she said. “I’m so happy for them. This is such an incredible thing. I think she has such a close tie to New York. And yeah…I’m so excited for them to celebrate their love. It’s so cool. There’s a lot going on this weekend. I’m happy to be here during this frenzy.”
Maren arrived for the wedding alongside a lot of other country stars, including Miranda Lambert and Kelsea Ballerini.
