Her new Instagram features a blurred seemingly new photo of herself, and all of the posts have been archived.
Then, on Madonna.com, there’s a new animation, featuring her name, as well as “Confessions on a Dance Floor,” “Confessions 2,” COADF 2,” and a striking image of herself with her legs spread open and a speaker in between, as ambient music plays in the background.
The change comes as rumors persist that Madonna has collaborated with Sabrina Carpenter on a song, and may make an appearance during the “Manchild” singer’s Weekend 2 performance on Friday (April 17).
If you didn’t know, Madonna is readying the release of her new studio album, and it’s officially going to be the follow-up to 2005′s Confessions on a Dance Floor, which featured hits like “Hung Up,” “Sorry,” “Get Together” and “Jump.”
She confirmed in September that she’s just returned to her longtime record label, Warner Records, which she was with for the first 25 years of her career before leaving and signing a 360 deal with Live Nation.
As of now, she’s back – and preparing her new album alongside her Confessions collaborator Stuart Price. Stay tuned!
She also just filmed scenes for a role on The Studio Season 2 in Venice a few weeks ago.
