Jalen Brunson is hosting the season premiere of Saturday Night Live and he brought along his New York Knicks teammates for the opening monologue!
The basketball player, 30, said that he was going to take questions from the audience and the camera panned to the rest of the Knicks’ starting five – Josh Hart, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns – sitting together in the crowd.
The guys all asked Brunson their burning questions.
“Is it true that you took a $113 million pay cut just to resign with the Knicks?” Hart asked.
“Yeah, that’s pretty true,” Brunson said, to which Hart responded, “Wow, so is that money, like, still up for grabs?”
The four players all got on stage with Brunson at the end of the monologue.
