Director Adam Wingard has hidden some details in the credits that tease the future of the franchise

“Yeah. There’s some Easter eggs in the end credits that people can kind of dig into, and it gives a little hint of it,” he told Dread Central.

While there isn’t an actual scene in the credits, there is a series of images shown that show some of the missing people from the trailer park and insight into the investigation for the survivors. The last photo shown is a map of Alaska, teasing that the three survivors may have moved there.
