Giannina Gibelli and Blake Horstmann are expanding their family!

The 33-year-old Love Is Blind alum is pregnant and expecting her second child with the 37-year-old The Bachelorette alum, just three months after the couple tied the knot.

Giannina and Blake announced the exciting news on Thursday (September 24), revealing that their new baby is due in March 2027.

“Heath‘s getting a promotion, March 2027,” the couple shared in a joint Instagram post, referring to their 2-year-old son Heath Orion.

Giannina told People that the couple had been hoping to conceive around the time of their wedding and she initially received a negative result after taking a pregnancy test too early.

She took another test the following day and learned she was pregnant.

“It just feels nice to be able to finally talk about it because it is so consuming,” she told the outlet.

Giannina also revealed that her second pregnancy already feels different from her first, explaining that she has been experiencing more nausea while continuing to crave fruit and smoothies.

The couple already knows the sex of the baby, but they’re keeping that detail private for now.

When Did Giannina Gibelli & Blake Horstmann Get Married?

Giannina and Blake got married in June 2026 after several years together.

The reality stars first connected while filming Paramount+’s All Star Shore in 2021 and began dating that December. They kept their relationship private for several months before news of their romance broke in early 2022.

In November 2023, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. Giannina gave birth to Heath on March 29, 2024.

Blake proposed later that year during a trip to Madrid, Spain, and they eventually tied the knot in Croatia in June 2026, with Heath serving as their ring bearer.

Giannina had even hinted that another baby could be coming soon. While sharing a video from Europe in August, she joked that she was going to “go make baby No. 2.”
