More tragic details from the Greenville County Coroner’s Office have been disclosed regarding the death of Hayden Panettiere.
What is Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death?
“The cause of death has been ruled as toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol and Quetiapine,” the coroner’s official statement said. “The manner of death has been ruled accident.”
If you don’t know, fentanyl is an opioid, 4-ANPP is used in the production of fentanyl, Alprazolam is a prescription benzodiazepine, Methocarbamol is a prescription muscle relaxant, and Quetiapine is a prescription antipsychotic medication.

The coroner’s report also disclosed what was found at the scene.
According to the report, obtained by TMZ, blue pressed pills were found. Pressed pills are illicit substances, often made to look like real prescription drugs, and can contain dangerous substances. The pressed pills that were found had fentanyl, and were on a table beside her body. There was also a straw on the table.
Inside her suitcase, a glasses case was found, and there was allegedly a white powder found within.
Her body was “deep purple” when she was found.
After Hayden‘s death, her estranged mother went viral several times. She explained the reason why they became estranged.
