Alix Earle is starring in Benson Boone‘s music video for his new single “The Time of My Life” and it features some steamy moments for the pair!
The 23-year-old “Beautiful Things” singer and the 25-year-old influencer sparked dating rumors last week when they were spotted out for dinner together in Los Angeles, though they likely were just celebrating their music video.
Benson‘s new music for “The Time of My Life” takes place during a theatrical production he’s starring in with Alix. The video starts with them backstage and Alix asks “will she be here?” The video then cuts to an empty reserved seat in the audience.
As Benson gets on stage to begin the performance, he flashes back to memories of his former partner.
Benson sings in the first verse, “I am having the time of my life/ And I wish that you were still right here/ I wish you came along / You, why did you leave me so soon?”
With Alix playing his romantic interest in the play, Benson eventually leaves her at the alter and runs to find his former partner, but eventually realizes that things are over with her.
“This isn’t real life, this isn’t over, dear (Oh, oh) / It can’t be over, dear,” he sings in the outro.
The video ends with Benson giving Alix a kiss at the end of the performance.
