Lisa Hochstein is turning herself in to police.
The 43-year-old Real Housewives of Miami reality TV star surrendered to police on Wednesday (April 15) in Miami, Fla.

Lisa turned herself in on a felony charge of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications relating to her ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein. She surrendered to the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation Department and was given a $5,000 bond, her attorney Jayne Weintraub told People.
Her mug shot was made available to the public after she turned herself into authorities, which you can see in full inside.
Her ex Jody Glidden was arrested over the weekend on the same charge, and released on a $5,000 bond.
He later pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial.
The two were originally co-defendants on a court filing from March 19, claiming “on or between March 12, 2023 and March 31 2023,” the two “did unlawfully and intentionally intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure another person to intercept or endeavor to intercept … oral statements by Leonard Hochstein.”
Their charges were transferred to a new case number on March 20, per People.
The cybercrimes unit and a trial prosecutor had been assigned to the case, according to the latest update on the proceedings.
A spokesperson for the State Attorney’s Office says they have “no responsive public records at this time,” per People.
Lisa and Lenny were married for 13 years before he filed for divorce in May of 2022. In their divorce, Lisa alleged she was being “financially strangled” by Lenny. The divorce was finalized two years later in November of 2024.
