The NFL and Netflix have a partnership that includes exclusive games airing on the streamer, including five games throughout the 2026-2027 season. This is all part of Netflix’s plan to get more active in live sports and live events.

The companies signed a deal in 2024, with a three-year deal to stream exclusive live Christmas Day games on Netflix’s platform.

Netflix signed a new deal with the NFL in May 2026 to continue airing games through 2029, including the two Christmas Day games and three newly-added games per season, including a week one game, the Wednesday night game ahead of Thanksgiving, and a Saturday game in Week 18.

How to Watch NFL on Netflix Games

Anyone with an active subscription to Netflix can stream the games live on the app, whether you’re watching on a TV, a computer, an iPad, or your phone.

The games also air on regular TV for the markets of the two teams playing. For example, the San Francisco 49ers vs Los Angeles Rams game, airing on Thursday (September 10), will be shown on local San Francisco and Los Angeles television networks for free.
