'Scrubs' Season 2 Cast Shakeup: 2 Stars Exiting After Season 1, Many Confirmed to Return | Just Jared

The Scrubs reboot is returning to ABC tonight, and there will be some changes to the cast.

Here’s the synopsis: J.D., Turk and Elliot have leveled up from interns to icons at Sacred Heart. Now, the respected doctors inspire the next generation while balancing the ups and downs of working in a hospital. Together with characters new and old, they are navigating this next chapter with laughter, heart and some surprises along the way.

Tonight, two new episodes will air back-to-back! Season 2, Episode 1 is titled “My First Time in a While” and Season 2, Episode 2 is titled “My Mentee.”

Two stars from season one are exiting, one has been upped to a series regular for the new season, and several will be back in a recurring capacity as well.
