Taylor Swift‘s “Patient Zero” music video debuted on Sunday night (September 27) during the 2026 MTV VMAs.
We already knew that Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell were co-starring in the video with Taylor also appearing in a major role. In the video, Dakota Johnson plays the new girlfriend of Colin Farrell‘s character, while Taylor appears as his former lover.
However, when the footage finally debuted last night, we got to see even more cameos in the video!

Cara Delevingne makes an appearance as another woman connected to Colin‘s character. She can be seen in the background of a shot, also featuring Dakota and Taylor.
NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford & his wife Kelly appear in the “Patient Zero” music video
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford can be seen in the footage!
Matthew is featured in the event scene, where he can been seen in a tuxedo shaking hands with Colin Farrell and later taking a photo with him.
His wife Kelly is also seen in a shot where Colin and Dakota are walking in to an event together. There is also a shot of them dancing together!
Jarret Stoll and Steven Cundar are seen
The partners of sports commentators Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson are in the video! Erin‘s husband is Jarret, the former NHL pro, and Charrisa is with Steven, a marketing executive. They are seen in the same frame as Matthew Stafford.
