Dylan Efron is sharing some very rare public comments about his longtime girlfriend!

If you didn’t know, the 34-year-old TV personality has been in a relationship with girlfriend Courtney King for over a decade and he usually keeps their relationship extremely private and out of the public eye.

While appearing on The Viall Files on Thursday (September 17), Dylan was asked if he was “happy” with his life at the moment, and he cheerfully replied, “Yup!”

The Traitors winner then went on to share an update with his relationship with Courtney, 33.

“We’re doing really good,” Dylan gushed, adding, “We’re really good.”

Dylan and Courtney are high school sweethearts!

In an interview from March 2025, Dylan confirmed that he initially met Courtney in high school!

“I’m in a relationship,” he said. “It’s cool because she’s actually not on social media and she works a 40-hour week job.”

“We’re from the same town,” he added. “It works out really well. It’s not, like, I’m hiding her from the world or anything. She understands the job, all the stuff. She doesn’t really like being on camera. She loves your guys’ podcast. I wouldn’t know about it [without her]. She’s the one who introduced me.”
