Alan filed for divorce on December 1 of last year following 19 years of marriage, according to legal paperwork obtained by People.
According to a previous report from TMZ, Alan and Catherine reconciled in March 2026 after he filed the paperwork, before ultimately announcing their split in September.
The couple share three sons together: Calem, 13, Edan, 12, and Amory, 10.
