Magnus Ferrell is having a moment right now and his music career is taking off!

The 22-year-old singer-songwriter is the son of Will Ferrell and the actor recently played his song “Asleep Talking” for former first lady Michelle Obama during a recent appearance on her IMO podcast.

In the last month, Magnus‘ Instagram following has risen by over 500% and daily streams of “Asleep Talking” are up 2,700% thanks to the mention.

Amid the viral success of the song, Magnus has released an acoustic version and he’s set for shows at L.A. jazz club Blue Note in both August and September.
