Saquon Barkley & Family Were Home During Reported Break-In Attempt - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Saquon Barkley and his family were targeted by attempted burglars in their Philadelphia home over the weekend.
The 29-year-old Philadelphia Eagles running back was reportedly at home when suspects broke into his house on Saturday morning (July 18) around 5 a.m., according to what police told CNN.
It’s not confirmed who was in the house with Barkley, but he has two children with his fiancée Anna Congdon, their daughter Jada, 8, and their son Saquon “S.J.” Barkley Jr., 3.
At least one of the suspects had actually gotten into the house while Barkley and his family were present. The district attorney’s office confirmed no one in the family was injured.
“We are incredibly grateful that the Barkley family was not injured during this incident,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement. “We are asking the public to help us identify those responsible by checking any home security cameras for suspicious activity in the area around 5:00 a.m. If you saw anything unusual or have video that may assist investigators, please contact the Tredyffrin Township Police Department immediately.”
Police also released a photograph of a white SUV that might be connected to the case.
CNN reports that in 2024, at least three professional sports leagues advised their teams to be cautious amid organized groups targeting the homes of players at away games.
The warnings came after reports of burglaries at the homes of Kansas City Chiefs stars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes. The FBI arrested three people involved in the alleged crime ring in May 2026.
